Demonstrating the State of Palestine’s commitment to achieving sustainable development, this voluntary national review (VNR) aims to provide detailed information about the status of Palestine’s path towards implementing and achieving the SDGs to be presented to the international community at the High-Level Political Forum (HLPF) in 2018. With this review and Palestine’s first presentation at the HLPF, the government of Palestine hopes to shed light on the challenges affecting Palestine’s ability to meet its international commitment to achieve the SDGs and to actively participate in the ongoing global dialogue among all participating nations towards shared vision, mutual learning and strong partnerships to achieve the SDGs.
