The issue of environmental protection takes an important care with the state. So, a lot of laws and important decisions that care with the Egyptian environment have been issued. The most important one is Law No. (4) In 1994 which considered the most important and comprehensive Law of environment in Egypt. The issue of environment protection is taking an interest, as demonstrated by constitutional amendments to the previous law, which were issued in March 2007 article no. (59) The duty of environment protection and national law regulates the necessity to preserve the environment in line with global guidelines emphasize that the right to have a clean environment is the basic right of the citizen. In this context, Ministry for Environment has been established to control pollution sources and to fight them. Some specialized agencies and national associations that work in the field of environment used to cooperate with it.
