This book is a collection of speeches by Suleiman Jasir Al-Herbish, Director-General of the OPEC Fund for International Development (OFID) and one of the world's leading advocates of energy poverty alleviation. The following collection of speeches made by Al-Hebrish over the period of 2005-2013 are an example of his efforts at an international level to unite the global community in this cause.
