This publication presents data for the years 1998-1999 to 2002-2003. The scope of the publication has been prepared to present government expenditure by major functional groups. Concepts and definitions have also been effected to be in conformity with international standards and recommendations. Details of these variables are dealt with in the explanatory notes.
