This publication is the first regional report published by the Sanabel Network under its industry support services, intended to provide a comprehensive overview on the state of the microfi- nance sector in the Arab Region. The report draws from Sanabel – The Microfinance Network of Arab Countries – member data and the wider Annual Industry Survey and is intended to provide up to date information for all interested parties operating in the sector, as well as to support the financial and social inclusion advocacy efforts and policy developments taking place in the region.
